I got the chance to test both Mewtwo X and Y on the test server. I already made post regarding Mewtwo X now lets check out Mewtwo Y.
Mewtwo Y
Mewtwo Y is basically ranged version of Mewtwo X though it has same move set with some minor changes.
Passive
Just like Mewtwo X, Mewtwo Y he has gauge on top which he fill as he deals damage to the opposing pokemon, once the gauge is full he mega evolves and mega evolution is not permanent it available for short duration after that he revert back to mewtwo till the gauge is full.
Move 1
Confusion
It deal damage while stunning the opponent.
Future sight
Unlike Mewtwo X which pulls enemy toward to him, Mewtwo X shove or pushes the enemy back.
After after set amount of time just espeon future sight it deals damage to the opposing pokemon.
Psystrike
Psystrike is like snarl of Umbreon but in Mewtwo X at the end of the move it deals AOE damage. AOE damage will not dealt if enemy pokemon is out of range.
Move 2
Barrier
Grants shield to the user for small duration with increased speed.
Recover
Grant user shield with movement speed and hp recovered based on basic attack of Mewtwo Y
Teleport
Unlike Mewtwo X this move can be used twice with Mewtwo Y , the second time is a like dash.
It allow user to teleport to designated location with increased movement and increased damage.
Unite Move
Best part of mewtwo is its unite it attacks all opposing pokemon and stuns them.
